Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad wishes to announce the quarterly disclosure in relation to the loans extended by its wholly-owned subsidiary, ECM Libra Partners Sdn Bhd, in its ordinary course of business as a licensed money lender for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2016 as set out in the enclosed attachment.

Consequent to the change in financial year end of ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad from 31 January 2017 to 31 December 2016 and to 31 December in the subsequent years as announced on 5 September 2016, the above disclosure is for 2-month period from 1 November 2016 to 31 December 2016.
