ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("ECMLFG") wishes to inform that Avenue Asset Management Services (Labuan) Ltd ("AAMS"), a wholly-owned dormant subsidiary of ECMLFG, has on 28 November 2016 received a notification dated 26 November 2016 from Labuan Financial Services Authority ("LSFA") informing that the name of AAMS has been struck off from the register of LFSA under Section 151 of the Labuan Companies Act, 1990, with effect from 26 November 2016.

The striking off of AAMS will not have material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of ECMLFG Group for the financial period ending 31 December 2016.
