The Company wishes to inform that Mr Lim Kian Onn, a Director of the Company, has given notice of his dealing in the ordinary shares of RM0.12 each in ECMLFG ("ECM Libra Shares") during closed period as set out below. The acquisition of ECM Libra Shares arising from the valid acceptances of unconditional take-over offer by Mr Lim Kian Onn through Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd, is exempted from the general restriction on dealings in shares during closed period pursuant to Paragraph 14.06 (e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
