We refer to the announcement made on 27 May 2016 to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on the
intention of Mr Lim Kian Onn, a Director of the Company, to deal in the ordinary shares of RM0.12 each of ECMLFG ("ECM Libra Shares") during the closed period. Pursuant to paragraph 14.08 (d) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, Mr Lim Kian Onn has notified that Truesource Pte Ltd has acquired ECM Libra Shares as follows during the closed period:

Limited (being the holding company of Truesource Pte Ltd) pursuant to Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965.
