On behalf of the Board of Directors of ECMLFG, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that pursuant to the filing of the petition to confirm the Proposed Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965 to the High Court of Malaya (“High Court”) on 28 August 2015, the High Court had on 30 September 2015 fixed the petition’s hearing date on 28 October 2015.
