Kindly be advised that the aforesaid Company has changed its name to "ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad". As such, the Company's shares will be traded and quoted under the new name with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 11 February 2008.

However, the Company's stock short name and stock number will remain unchanged
