ASEAN Scholarship

The ASEAN Scholarship is a collaboration between ECM Libra Foundation and KDU University College, HELP University and Sunway University; collectively called the Partner Institutions. The scholarship is for underprivileged and deserving students from our neighboring countries, namely Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam to study in Malaysia

The Scholarship Grant

The scholarship is an equal partnership by ECM Libra Foundation and the Partner Institutions; ie KDU, HELP & Sunway Universities where together we offer the students a full grant for certain selected degree programs.

ECM Libra Foundation and its Partner Institutions offer the following grants:

ECM Libra Foundation:

• • Provide grant towards students' accommodation and daily subsistence
• • Provide return air tickets from students' country of origin to Malaysia – at the beginning and upon completion of the course
• • Visa processing fees including medical examination fees
• • All the above will be provided through the respective Partner Institutions

KDU University College:

• • Provide course fees for selected degree courses of between 3 to 4 years which include tuition, registration, admission, resource, caution,   placement   and uniform fees (where applicable)
• • Courses offered are - a degree from the School of Hospitality, Tourism & Culinary Arts or a degree from the School of Business.

HELP University:

• • Provide course fees for selected degree courses of between 3 to 4 years which include tuition, registration, admission, resource, security deposit   and moderation fees (where applicable)
• • Courses offered are – a degree in Engineering, Science or Finance/Accounting

Sunway University:

• • Provide course fees for selected degree courses of between 3 to 4 years which include tuition, registration, admission, resource, caution and   moderation fees (where applicable).

How to Apply:

You will have to apply directly to the respective university based on the course of your choice. Each university has their own respective procedure, requirement and criteria which you must adhere to.
